We are looking for Household Goods Van Operators for both our local and interstate fleets.  Drivers will need a clean driving record, excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.  We continually reinvest in new equipment, maintain the highest standards at our physical facilities, and offer excellent compensation and benefits packages – including health and dental insurance, paid vacations, 401K and also a loss prevention and safety bonus program.

Schroeder is also looking for Movers and Packers.  Movers will safely assist in all facets of a move.  From packing, loading and delivering to also participating in commercial relocations.  Prior experience is preferred but a thorough training program is in place for those new to the industry.  Competitive compensation and a benefits package are also offered to movers.

All employees will be subject to a pre employment background check and drug screen.

Summary of Job Duties:

  • Provide relocation services, including packing, loading, transportation and delivery of household goods locally, intrastate and on an intrastate basis
  • Provide warehouse assistance for household goods and commodity shipments into and out of storage
  • Provide leadership and assistance on various office and industrial type local relocations
